This striking fidget ring has been handcrafted using recycled sterling silver metal and is made to your chosen size for the perfect fit.

Spinner rings are incredibly therapeutic and are commonly used to calm the mind in stressful situations, or distract the wearer from habits such as skin picking and nail biting. 

The base ring is polished sterling silver, measuring approximately 6mm in width and is set with a central beaded sterling silver ring that spins freely when moved.
