We have a 30 day return policy and can request a refund any time within 30 days of recieving your item. To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be returned in its original packaging. The buyer must pay the cost of the return unless the item is faulty, in which case your return postage will be refunded.

Please note that all earrings and ear cuffs are excluded from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
